It is only accessable during the spring/summer. Only has 3 hotels and a tower. Used primarily for lounging and swimming.

Album: Gozo, Malta
Is another Island that is part of Malta, also only accessable by boat. But has Ferrys that run there all year round. It's also alot smaller then Malta, so you can see all the tourist spots in 1 day there.

It's a small island with some 400,000 people living on it. Also they seem to not have any driving rules either, they also drive on the other side of the road like England does. I would recommend checking this place out. One of the main languages they speak is English and another called Maltenese (Mixture of 7 different languages). I would reccomend going there during the spring or summer, not winter.
